Our kids can derive great benefits from yoga at a young age. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Yoga presented in a child’s language can help counter the stress experienced by little ones living in our fast world.
Storytelling Yoga teaches children exercise, play, and to connect more deeply with the inner self. As a result, your child learns to develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. We invite you and your child to come and explore stories, art, songs, and games that invoke imagination, expressive interactions, creative movement, and playful fun.
Our 45 minute yoga sessions are centered around engaging the child and caregiver in foundational developmental experiences. Join us and get ready to stretch your minds and bodies into a state of balance and harmony while making some great connections along the way.
