Please look through our schedule and events and come join us.  We have a variety of yoga classes from Scaravelli Inspired Hatha Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow,  Power Yoga, Heart Yoga: The sacred marriage of yoga and mysticism,  Over 60's - Super Gentle, Beginner Yoga, Family, Teens, and Kids.   We also offer Kettlebells, Pilates, Rebirthing - Breath work classes.    Classes at Cerca Trova Yoga are yoking, bringing together,  the mind, body and soul so our spirit can shine through.  We do this through repetitively seeking and finding.

Please Help the Sullivan Family after a Tragic Fire destroyed property, belonging and pets.  


As many of our HSC family already may know, I tragic fire over the holiday season occurred at the Sullivan family home destroying property, belongings, and pets. No human lives were lost and, as far as we are told, no injuries reported.

It is times like this that shows how fragile our own lives can be and that in an instant all can vanish. It is also times like this that show us that we are not a...lone and someone is always there for us by giving a hug and lending a hand.

Haverford Soccer Club (HSC) is asking that our membership please consider donating what you can for the Sullivans so that they can move towards a restoration of life that we all hold dear.

Cerca Trova is Italian for "Seek & You Shall Find."   I loved this passage from A Course in Miracles.   Seek & You Shall Find.  "This does not mean that you should seek blindly and desperately for something you would not recognize.  Meaningful seeking, is consciously undertaken, consciously organized, and consciously directed.   The goal must be formulated clearly and kept in mind."

Perhaps, when you start your yoga journey, you will seek blindly and possible desperately but over time your practice will come from a more aware/conscious place and you will begin to see more clearly and not feel so desperate.   Remember walking through the door can be the hardest part.
